RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY*
DROP RIDE RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY*
Drop rides involve different levels of responsibility, birth to one’s self and to other riders, from the rest our our group rides. If you plan to participate in a PCC Drop Ride, please familiarize yourself with the Drop Ride policy.
The Peterborough Cycling Club (PCC) is a non-profit corporation. As such, we have by-laws that outline how the club is run. PCC members elect the board of directors at the Annual General Meeting each year. We are run exclusively by volunteers.
We may spend a great deal of time around each other in tight clothing, but make no mistake – your privacy is important to the Peterborough Cycling Club.
YOUNG RIDER POLICY*
By accepting membership with the Peterborough Cycling Club you have agreed to our policies and procedures.
The Peterborough Cycling Club always advocates for diversity in our cycling community. We welcome all people to experience the joy of cycling and aim to provide a supportive and caring environment for our members.
CONCUSSION AND RETURN TO RIDE POLICY*
Rides may be cancelled due to extreme weather. Understand how the PCC makes weather-related decisions to ensure rider safety.
CODE OF CONDUCT*
The Peterborough Cycling Club endeavours to foster an environment where all its members respect each other and have fun riding bicycles. We expect all members to follow our code of conduct.
DISCIPLINE AND COMPLAINT POLICY
When natures calls, answer with a sense of decorum and consideration for other riders, land-owners, and public decency.
