Tempo rides are for seasoned, conditioned riders. If you are unsure if you meet the requirements for this group speak with the ride leader. Emphasis is on training and groupriding. If you want to work up to this level, you need to come out early in the season and come out consistently; you will then be able to hang with the pack! We do not drop riders without their consent.
