It is hot hot hot! If you can get out at that 545am time might be better but that’s not my jam 🙂 This week’s workout is Over/Unders. The pace refers to your “tempo” or what would be a 7/10 type intensity. In the Over minute, push at about 8/10. In the Under minute, aim for about 6/10. It is easy to slip into a resting zone on the Unders but try to keep that pressure up.
