For this week’s training ride, try some hill repeats. Find a challenging hill or two. Warmup 20min.
1. Repeat x 5 up a hill that takes you about a minute to climb and then do it again on your second hill
2. Repeat x 5 up a hill that takes you about 2-3 min to climb
Cooldown x 20min
It’s not an easy one to do on your own, but just be grateful it isn’t 545am (unless you are Deb who will probably still ride then 😁)
