    Our ride this week will take us east along Old Norwood and Division Roads out past Douro. The route is a little hillier than last week but we’ll keep our pace moderate and won’t leave anyone behind. We will leave the Silver Bean in Millennium Park at 9:15 AM and also finish at the Bean. We’ll stop briefly at the recreation centre on the second line of Douro for a snack and a chance to use the washroom (if they are open in early May).
    As noted in the pace guidelines Rec level 4 is for people who have been on group rides before and are comfortable in group formation both single file and two abreast.
