Eating and Drinking

This winter and spring have found me putting in some long hours on my road bike and adding some new found running to my schedule. In the past, running has really knocked the socks off of me. I found it was taking me a couple of days to recover from hard runs when I was continuing with my on-bike training. In the past I used a number of glycogen replacement drinks (E-load, Born, Extran or Cytomax) while exercising and occasionally a recovery drink after exercise.
