Looks like it going to be an other beautiful day for cycling. It’ll be good to see all the returning riders and all the new members. We meet at the Silver Bean in Millennium Park

The collection of riders will split into different levels of Rec Rides if needed, the the slowest level is Rec Level 2, and these riders will go with Sue. level 3 will go with Rebecca and the faster folks will go with John & Mike (Rec Level 4). Refer to the Pace Guidelines for a longer explanation of the different levels ( http://peterboroughcc.com/rides/ ). Please see the Tuesday Rec Level 4 for information regarding their ridehttp://peterboroughcc.com/forums/forum/rec-rides/tuesday-rec-rides/rec-4-tuesday-r4tu/.

Read Ride Participant Guidelines ( http://peterboroughcc.com/policies-guidelines-and-documents/ ). This will help you to be familiar with the social pace line, the various hand signals all groups use and the way we communicate within a group.

All Rec rides are no drop rides – each level will move at the pace of slowest rider. Rec rides are meant to be a gentle introduction to group riding. That said, over the season the distance and speed will increase as everyone’s fitness and cofidence improves.

Be sure that you have your 2018 PCC membership
